These terms cover your use of ClearStop. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
The service
ClearStop helps pool and spa companies run routes, work orders, billing, and a customer portal. Hourfold AI provides the software. Each shop is responsible for the work it logs and the messages it sends to its customers.
Accounts
- Keep your password to yourself. Use a unique password.
- Crew logins are for people the shop added. Customer logins only open the pool the shop invited.
- Demo logins are for trying the product and may be reset.
- You can delete your login at any time from the app.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another shop or another customer’s portal.
- Do not upload unlawful content or photos of people who have not agreed to be photographed on the job.
- Do not abuse sign-in, invites, or messaging.
- Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s copyright. See the Copyright and DMCA Policy at /copyright.
Photos, texts, and email
Techs may take job photos on device; those photos expire after 7 days. When En Route Notifications is on, ClearStop sends one on-the-way notice by text, email, or an in-app message, using the method on the profile. Payment receipt texts send when the shop uses them. Invoice email still follows the shop’s send action.
Shop records
Visits, invoices, and pool profiles belong to the shop. Deleting your login does not erase the shop’s operational records. A shop can cancel service on a pool from the profile.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is for running a pool route. Hourfold AI is not the pool contractor and is not responsible for field work, water chemistry, or payment between a shop and its customers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
